On February 4-5, 2021, the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) will be holding its Mid-Year Forum. This virtual conference will include presentations focused on two tracks: Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion and the ACBSP Members' response to the pandemic. Registration is free and there are numerous presentations planned, including the keynote speech on Thursday, February 4 at 3:00 PM (CET) by Lizette Williams, Marketing Executive and Diversity Thought Leader at Facebook.
On Friday, February 5 at 11:00 AM CET, Professors Ivonne Chirino-Klevans and Tobias de Coning, two ISM core faculty members, will be giving a presentation titled “Diversity & Inclusion - Key to the Success of All Higher Education Institutions.” And at 12:00 PM CET, ISM’s Academic Director, Matthew Andrews, will be giving a presentation along with ISM alumnus, Emmanuel Imafidon. Professor Andrews will discuss the "positive discrimination" admissions policies implemented at Sciences Po, Paris, starting in 2001 and its impact on Higher Education in France, while Emmanuel will discuss Diversity & Inclusion from the Nigerian perspective.
