Dan Zagata, DBA

Dan Zagata, DBA teaches Corporate Finance in the IMBA program at ISM. Dan brings over 15 years of real world financial expertise to the class room to help students turn theory into practical application. He has served as Managing Associate for one of the largest regions of Manulife Financial in the US, and currently is the co-founder and Managing Director of Evershore Financial Group.

With over one billion USD under management, Dan directs more than 40 investment professionals in the areas of private wealth management, risk mitigation, and the investment advisory arena.

Dan holds a BA in Economics and an MBA in Finance from Bentley University in Boston, Masschusetts. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) from The American College. He completed his DBA at ISM with a dissertation focused on valuing reputational risks in the financial markets.
