Emmanuel Igah, PhD

Dr. Emmanuel Igah is a seasoned professional with considerable international experience. He holds a doctorate degree in economic geography and development planning from the University of Paris IV Sorbonne and an International Executive Master of Business Administration from the International School of Management, both obtained after initial studies for a master’s in architecture and project management in Paris.

Dr. Igah’s professional experience spans across a wide range of projects and institutions, including consultancy missions with the United Nations, UNESCO, the World Bank, the European Union, as well as the Nigerian and French governments, which have taken him to a great number of countries in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and North America. He played a key role in the construction and delivery of a gas plant in Nigeria’s Niger Delta region. Actively engaged in teaching in various institutions, Dr. Igah has carried out a substantial number of publications on different topics. He was conferred in 2001 with the French National Order of Merit Award for his professional achievements.
