The International School of Management (ISM) has earned reaffirmation of accreditation from the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) for its range of business degree programs.
Following an inspection in October 2017, ACBSP’s Board of Commissioners for baccalaureate/graduate degree programs confirmed that the teaching and learning processes for all three of ISM’s programs meet the rigorous educational standards required to gain accreditation.
ISM, whose business programs were first accredited by ACBSP in 2005, is required to complete the reaffirmation process every 10 years to maintain accreditation.
“ISM has shown their commitment to teaching excellence and to the process of quality improvement by participating in the accreditation process,” said Dr. Steve Parscale, Chief Accreditation Officer at ACBSP.
“This reaffirmation of accreditation is evidence that ISM is committed to maintaining the highest quality business education for their students for the next 10 years, just as they have done since 2005,” he added.
As well as being accredited by ACBSP, ISM is also an active member in its region, Region 8 (the International Council), which includes Europe, Africa, parts of Asia, the Middle East, and Oceania. The school recently confirmed it will host this year’s ACBSP International Council Regional conference in Paris on November 15, 17, and 18.
“We are very pleased to have been recognized once again for our commitment to continuous improvement and quality business education,” said Matthew Andrews, ISM’s Director of Academic Affairs, “and we are proud to be hosting the ACBSP International Council Regional conference in Paris later this year.”
“We will welcome participation from faculty, administrators, and students from this vast and diverse region. We also invite stakeholders from non-member educational institutions and local businesses to participate in this conference whose theme will be: The Art of Developing Entrepreneurial Leaders.”
About ISM
The International School of Management (ISM) is a specialized, accredited business school based in Paris, France, with partner institutions on five different continents.
ISM gives students the global perspective they need to thrive as modern business leaders. It does this by keeping classes small, select and culturally diverse, and by offering credit-earning programs in major commercial hubs around the world.
The school offers three accredited business programs: the International MBA (IMBA), Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) and PhD. The IMBA develops the global business leaders of tomorrow, while the DBA is made for experienced executives seeking to tackle the challenges of senior leadership on an international level.
