On June 2, 2017, ISM PhD candidate Amal Khlat successfully defended her dissertation titled “The Moderating Role of Servant Leadership in the Relationship between Shared Governance and Faculty Satisfaction and Engagement in Lebanese Universities.” The defense jury was made of Professors Konstantinos Tasoulis and Areti Krepapa (advisers), Professor Jack Hampton (second examiner), and Professor César Baena (ISM’s Dean and Director of Doctoral Research).
