Three members of the ISM community will present papers at the International Sector for Third-Sector Research (ISTR) conference taking place in Montreal, Canada from July 7-10, 2020. Professors Matthew Wong and Kimberly Reeve will present their paper on non-profit mergers. ISM DBA alumnus Tiffany Oloke will present on her findings from her dissertation titled “The Business Experience of Nigerian Female Immigrant Entrepreneurs within the Service Industry in New York City, USA: A Multiple Case Study.”

International Sector for Third-Sector Research (ISTR) aims to develop a global community of scholars, researchers, and practitioners who celebrate diversity, non-profit and philanthropic commitment to society and rigorous interdisciplinary approaches in third sector research. The theme for this year’s conference is “Global Civil Society in Uncertain Times:  Strengthening Diversity and Sustainability.” Learn more about the conference here.
