ISM’s Student Services Coordinator, Stephanie Naudin, attended the Virtual PRME Global Forum, which was held from June 17-18. Organized by Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME), the conference explored major themes within the responsible management education community.

DBA alumnus Mark Esposito and PhD alumnus Enase Okonedo spoke on a panel about responsible management education. Okonedo spoke about how management education used to be about business interests and should now focus more on furthering society through businesses and going beyond the economic rationale. She stresses the importance of not only teaching business students knowledge but also values to avoid teaching "sophisticated criminals" (knowledgeable people with no values). Esposito talked about redesigning curriculum and measuring success based on whom we include rather than whom we exclude (the previous practice of admissions).
