ISM professor Daphne Halkias publishes article in collaboration with professor Nicholas Harkiolakis and Marcos Komodromos in the International Leadership Journal. The article is titled “A Historical View of Leadership Prototypes: Looking Backwards to Move Forward.” and “presents an explanation of prominent leadership prototypes based on Zaccaro’s framework (2014) describing four leadership prototypes: teacher, warrior, problem solver, and politician. This work further refines Zaccaro’s framework by interfacing and reinterpreting these prototypes through four historical representations as seen through the lens of modern models of leadership.” To read the full article, go to: https://www.tesu.edu/documents/ILJ_Summer_2017.pdf#page=4
