Professors Matthew Andrews and Ivonne Chirino-Klevans will present their paper titled “A Framework for Developing the Emotional Intelligence Skills of Entrepreneurial Leaders” at the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) Annual Conference in Houston, Texas in June 2019. The paper “proposes a framework which can be used by teachers and trainers to develop the emotional intelligence skills of entrepreneurial leaders, managers, employees as well as business students.” The conference will bring together more than 800 people from over 60 countries who are all focused on improving business education.
